New Office Network and Telephony Solution

Bennelong Funds Management is a subsidiary of the Bennelong Group Pty Ltd and came to TechPatrol seeking recommendations on all voice, telephony, internet and IT infrastructure required to set up a new branch office in Sydney.

TechPatrol applied thier knowledge and experience to provide Bennelong Funds Management with an impressive new office network. The foundation of the network was a robust Hewlett Packard rack-mounted server running Microsoft Small Business Server, which was protected by a firewall, Uninteruptable Power Supply (UPS), antivirus software and TechPatrols Backup and Disaster Recover solution. Each user was given a state of the art Quad Core work station that supported two 19" monitors (read how dual monitors can improve productivity here). TechPatrol also implemented a brand new Asterisk phone system with a GSM Gateway that has enabled Bennelong to save on all call costs.
