oo.com.au is one of Australia and New Zealand ’s largest online bargain megastores. Dealing with 1000’s of orders and rapid inventory turnover and comprising a large number of staff, oo.com.au understands the importance of their IT&T systems being fully functional all the time.

In May this year after huge success and considerable expansion in 08-09 OO.com.au outgrew its current location and needed to relocate its offices and warehouse. In a matter of days TechPatrol removed, relocated and reinstalled the entire IT system of oo.com.au including their phone system, network, server room, warehouse conveyor system and hundreds of metres of cabling. TechPatrol approached this move in such a strategic way that oo.com.au was completely operational throughout the entire process and was still able to process every order.
